We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change, so we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 20% fee of the total service cost. This policy helps us respect the time of our stylists and other clients waiting for an appointment.
